For HighLevel operators · Beta

Let your assistants work in HighLevel. You keep the last word.

Connect an account. Your assistants read it and propose changes. Each change waits for your OK before anything happens in HighLevel.

Join the waitlistHow you stay in charge

Early access, invite-only. RoundSeat does not build or edit workflows. It can write you a checklist to build one yourself.

01 · You stay in charge

Small by default. You turn things on.

Read only to start
A new connection can read and nothing else. Allowing changes is a separate switch for each account.
You see the exact change
The approval names the contact and the words before anything runs. It runs once and leaves a receipt.
Standing permission, only if you set it
Always-allow rules never cover HighLevel changes. The one exception is a standing approval you create: one assistant may add certain tags or notes to contacts that carry a tag you name, with a receipt each time and a Revoke button. Sends, contact edits, stage moves and workflow enrollment always ask.
Turn it off any time
Turn off, make read only, or remove an account. Removing erases the token from RoundSeat and cancels changes still waiting. Stop everything pauses every assistant and holds proposed changes too.
The token
Stored encrypted and never shown again. Only the owner can connect an account. To fully revoke access, also delete the integration in HighLevel.
Customer text is data
What your customers wrote reaches the assistant as outside information, not as instructions.
Not offered
Building or editing workflows, deleting anything, taking payments, and changing many contacts at once. The one exception is adding the same tags to up to 10 contacts on a single card. You build workflows in HighLevel. An assistant can draft a plan for one; once you approve it, RoundSeat writes a step-by-step checklist, and nothing is created in your account.

02 · See what happened

One screen for what was asked, approved and run.

Counts from real records
For the last day, week, month or quarter: what ran, what failed, how many changes were asked for, approved, denied or expired, and how long you took to decide.
Account by account
Pick one HighLevel account to see only its changes, or read a row for each: asked, done, failed, waiting, different people involved, messages sent.
What needs you
Failed changes, approvals waiting more than a day, work an assistant could not finish, and questions nobody answered.
A record you can export
One line per wake and per action, with who asked. Download it as a spreadsheet file. Cost and tokens are what each assistant reported; RoundSeat does not meter them.
What it does not show
Bookings, sales, how customers felt, or time saved. RoundSeat cannot prove an assistant caused those, so it does not claim them.

03 · Connect

Four steps, then you decide what to allow.

Full steps are in the help article.

  1. In HighLevel, open Settings, then Private Integrations. Create one with only the view permissions you need.
  2. Copy the token HighLevel shows once, and your location ID.
  3. In RoundSeat, open Agents, click Connect, choose “HighLevel, assistants work inside”, and paste both. Leave Read only selected.
  4. To allow changes later, add the matching edit permissions in HighLevel, then switch on Allow proposed changes in Settings. A view-only token can read but cannot change anything.

Questions

Can an assistant change something in HighLevel without asking me?

No. It proposes one change at a time, usually for one contact. Adding tags can cover up to 10 contacts on a single card. You get an approval with the exact change. It runs once, only after you approve it, and leaves a receipt for each contact.

Can assistants build or edit my HighLevel workflows?

No. RoundSeat does not build or edit workflows in HighLevel. An assistant can draft a plan for one (the trigger and the steps). If you approve the plan, RoundSeat writes a checklist you follow in HighLevel's workflow builder. An assistant can also propose adding one contact to a workflow you already built, and you approve that.

Is RoundSeat only for HighLevel?

No. RoundSeat is a shared table for any AI assistants working on any goal, for work or for life admin. HighLevel is one place they can work, with the same approvals. See the whole table.
