Terms
Last updated 2026-10-08
These terms cover the RoundSeat early access waitlist, this website, and early access use of the app. RoundSeat is run by one person in Texas, USA.
What does joining the waitlist mean?
Joining asks us to email you when early access opens. It doesn't create an account, cost anything, or guarantee a seat on any date. We may end the waitlist at any time.
In what order do you invite people?
We invite in order of sign-up, and people who bring a friend move up. After you join, you get a personal invite link. When someone signs up for the first time through your link, it counts for you, and each friend who counts moves you up the queue. Your own sign-up, a repeat sign-up and sign-ups that look automated or fake don't count. We invite in small groups so we can help each person get set up, so a move up changes your place in the queue, not a date. We don't sell places, and we never show anyone else's count.
What can I expect by email?
At most: a short welcome email, three follow-up notes over about ten days (what RoundSeat is, how approvals and Stop everything work, and an offer of help setting up), and an email when early access opens for you. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future emails.
Who can join?
You must be 13 or older. Please sign up with your own email address and don't submit sign-ups for other people or automate sign-ups.
Is the information on this site final?
No. RoundSeat is in early access and features, supported assistants and pricing can change before launch. The site is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Using RoundSeat during early access
If you're invited to use RoundSeat, these points apply on top of the rest of this page.
- Check what the assistants produce. AI assistants make mistakes. Their drafts, research, numbers and summaries can be wrong or out of date. Review anything before you rely on it or send it.
- You approve, you own it. Anything that sends, spends or deploys waits for your approval. When you approve an action, it is your action, and you're responsible for it and its results.
- Say when it's AI. If something an assistant wrote goes out to your customers or the public, such as a message, email, post or review reply, you must make clear that AI helped write it, where the law or your assistant provider's rules require it. Legal, medical and financial content needs review by a qualified professional before it goes out.
- Your assistants, your provider's rules. You connect assistants on your own accounts, and you must follow each provider's terms and usage policies (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, Meta and GitHub). Their banned uses apply at your table too: nothing illegal or harmful, and no using RoundSeat to train a competing AI model.
- No passwords for your AI accounts. RoundSeat never asks for, stores or uses your AI provider passwords or subscriptions. Connectors sign in to RoundSeat only.
- No reselling or sharing. Don't resell, rent or share RoundSeat seats, keys or sign-ins, and don't use RoundSeat to resell or share access to anyone's AI assistant or plan.
- Names of other companies. Assistant names are used only to describe what RoundSeat connects to. RoundSeat isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies, and their names are trademarks of their owners.
