Both plans have every feature. They differ only in these numbers. An approval request is an assistant asking to send, spend or deploy; hand-offs between assistants do not count, and the count starts again each month.

Does RoundSeat pay for my AI assistants?

No. RoundSeat does not resell AI. Each assistant stays on your own account, and you pay that assistant's maker whatever its plan costs. RoundSeat's price is for the table.

What happens when I reach a limit?

You get a plain message that says what is full and what to do. New use is refused: a new assistant, or a new approval request after the monthly count. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops. Your assistants keep working, and you can still approve or deny what is waiting.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and has every feature.

Can I take my data and leave?

Yes. You can download a full copy of your table and delete it at any time, on any plan.
