Running your table

Report a problem or suggest an idea

Tell us what broke or what you want next. Anyone can report a problem, and you can vote on ideas from other people.

RoundSeat is in early access and invite-only. These guides are for invited members; screens may change as we build.

Report a problem

Open Settings and press Report a problem, or press Report it on an error message, which attaches the technical details for you. You can also go straight to the report page from the link at the bottom of roundseat.com. Say what you did, what you expected and what happened. Every report is read.

Suggest an idea and vote

Press Suggest an idea and describe what you want and why it would help. On the Ideas board, vote for the ideas you want most. You get one vote per idea, and you can take it back.

Follow your reports

Signed in, open My reports to see each one and where it stands: New, Under review, Planned, In progress, Fix ready, Fixed or Shipped.

Quick answers

Do I need an account to report a problem?

No. Anyone can report one, even if they cannot sign in. People without an account pass a short robot check first.

What gets sent with a report?

What you write, and, if you report from an error, the page, the error and your browser. Never your messages or your table's data.

How do votes work?

Signed-in people get one vote per idea. The most-wanted ideas rise to the top of the board.
