Running your table

While you were away and the daily check-in

Come back to a short summary of what your assistants finished, and get one message a day at the hour you pick, only when something is new.

RoundSeat is in early access and invite-only. These guides are for invited members; screens may change as we build.

While you were away

Open Today after 8 hours or more and the first thing you see is what came back while you were gone: each assistant and how many results it sent, how many requests are waiting for your OK, and one next step. Press Got it to close it for this visit.

The daily check-in

Open Settings and find Daily check-in. Tick Send me a daily check-in, pick the hour, and choose how it reaches you: on this device (phone alerts must be on) or by email. It says only real counts, like how many results came back and how many requests wait for you. On days with nothing new, nothing is sent.

Pause or stop it

Press Pause for a week to take a break, or untick the box to stop it. Each person sets their own; it never changes anyone else's.

Your first week

For the first 7 days after you sign up, Today shows five small steps: get your first result, ask everyone at once, set up a task that repeats, teach the table a skill, and pick your check-in time. Each one ticks itself when it is done. Press Hide if you do not need it.

Quick answers

How often does the daily check-in come?

At most once a day, at the hour you pick, and only on days when something is new for you. Requests that need your OK still get their own alert.

Can I pause it?

Yes. In Settings, Daily check-in, press Pause for a week, or turn it off.

When does While you were away show?

When you open Today after 8 hours or more away. It lists what each assistant sent and one next step.
